Although honey varies in flavor based on the season it's harvested in and the year, Messner Bee Farm honey is generally dark, nutty and complex. 

Ingredients: Pure Raw Honey 

Raw honey will crystallize sooner than pasteurized honey. This doesn't affect the flavor, safety, or health benefits - it's perfectly good to eat once it gets crunchy. If you don't like the texture, simply put it in a barely-simmering water bath until the crystals melt.

Warning: honey should not be consumed by children under 12 months old.
