Returns/Exchanges
Non-sale items may be returned for store credit within 14 business days of delivery date, must be in original packaging, and with receipt. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Any item returned after 15 days from order date is not eligible for exchange/store credit. Exceptions may be made for holiday/Christmas orders. Please contact us in order to initiate the return process.
Any used product is NOT returnable.
Sale and Seasonal items are considered FINAL SALE.
We don't make any profit on shipping as it tends to be more expensive for us small business folk. We thank you for always choosing to shop small businesses and for your understanding of costs!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you entered your address incorrectly: Orders cannot be modified once submitted for fulfillment. If the shipping address is incorrect, contact the carrier directly using the information provided in your tracking email to request an address change. If a package cannot be redirected and is returned to our store, we can reship the order once it is received. Reshipping fees will apply. Requests for reshipment must be made within 5 days of the original delivery attempt.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food and drinks), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
