Mrs. Anderson's Ceramic Pie Weights keep empty pie shells from shrinking, bubbling, and buckling during the blind baking process. Natural food-safe ceramic stoneware allows it to remain heat safe to 480-degrees Fahrenheit. The package includes 135 pie weights (8-ounces) in a reusable storage container.

The individual beads are easy to place and arrange as needed to effectively weigh down pie dough and keep bubbles from forming. The ceramic material transfers heat evenly. Great for pie crusts for banana cream and chocolate cream pie, lemon meringue, strawberry rhubarb pie, banoffee pie, and more.
