• Chill cookie stamps before use. 
• Always use cold dough. 
• If sticking occurs, dip the cookie stamp in flour or sugar, or brush with oil.
• Nordic Ware suggests making cookie dough from scratch when using these cookie stamps. The cookie stamp impressions are not as defined when using refrigerated, prepackaged dough.
• Try sugar, spritz, gingersnaps, peanut butter, and shortbread cookie dough.
