Long Caserecce IGP | La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano

Casarecce literally translates to "homemade" and is a lightly twisted, scroll-shaped pasta with narrow grooves down the middle, perfect for capturing sauces. Inspired by the peasant cuisine of the Lattari Mountains, this pasta shape perfectly holds rich and creamy sauces, ideal to pair with cheeses and create rustic, flavorful dishes. Try it with summery, delicate recipes such as Sicilian pistachio pesto or a a fresh sauce of ricotta, tomatoes, basil, and extra virgin olive oil.
