Raw Honey | Messner Bee Farm

We keep bees using natural beekeeping practices in the Kansas City Metro. This honey is raw, minimally filtered, sustainable and delicious! 

Although our honey varies in flavor based on the season it's harvested in and the year, our honey is generally dark, nutty and complex. 

Ingredients: Pure Raw Honey 

Raw honey will crystallize sooner than pasteurized honey. This doesn't affect the flavor, safety, or health benefits - it's perfectly good to eat once it gets crunchy. If you don't like the texture, simply put it in a barely-simmering water bath until the crystals melt.

Warning: honey should not be consumed by children under 12 months old.
