To prepare this tea, heat your water to 175 degrees Fahrenheit and steep a tea bag for 3 minutes. Each tea bag can be used to brew an individual cup of tea or you can use 2 or more tea bags to prepare a pot for guests to share! Offer this tea with milk and sugar or a dollop of honey so your guests can customize the flavor to their preference. These tea bags come individually wrapped in foil, providing easy service and enhanced sanitation in your busy establishment. You can display them in a basket to show off your collection of teas or offer individual bags alongside a cup of hot water to invite your guests to brew this tea to their liking. 2 tea bags Harvey & Sons Organic Citron Tea
2 cups water
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced, or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Honey (optional)
Squeeze of lemon juice (optional)

To make bring water to a boil over high heat, add the ground turmeric and mix to combine. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add the ginger, tea and lemon juice, let steep for 5 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh strainer, sweeten with honey and serve.
