DescriptionOur Roasted Hazelnuts are hazelnuts in their purest form. No salt, no sugar, just hazelnut. The Jefferson variety that Ash Creek grows is known for its large size and unique or strong flavor profile. The warm, buttery taste, mixed with a stronger hazelnut flavor is exquisite. The hazelnuts are roasted to a golden-brown hue and a portion of the skin remains on the nuts. We leave the skin on our Hazelnuts because it enhances the flavor and allows you to take in the full essence of what a hazelnut is. Eat them plain, in yogurt, or add them to your favorite granola for an extremely healthy breakfast or snack!
