WINEMAKING :: Grapes picked early in the season at just over 21 Brix. Cool and slow fermentation in stainless steel tank with no malolactic conversion.

 

TASTING NOTES :: Pale lemon-lime color with citrus blossom, lime zest & fresh tropical aromas. Totally crushable and crisp with zippy freshness and stone fruit flavors.
