Chef's Duster

Scoop dry ingredients directly from a canister, snap on the cap, and gently squeeze the smooth spring handle to dust, sift or blend. Made from 18/8 stainless steel.

Dust: icing sugar over cakes, cookies, brownies, pancakes, waffles, French toast or dessert, and cinnamon or cocoa over hot beverages.

Sift: flour or cornmeal over the surface before kneading or rolling dough, or sift lumps from cocoa, icing sugar and spices.

Blend: cinnamon and sugar to sprinkle over cinnamon toast, cookies and donuts, or to fill cinnamon rolls. Combine spices to rub over meat and poultry.
