Gruyere
pair with Cabernet Sauvignon or Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah/Shiraz. Great with any cracker, makes a great Cheese puff recipe. Works well on Sandwiches or with Dried or Fresh Fruits and Vegetables.
Buffalo Mozzarella
Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Beaujolais, Pinot Gris. Pita Bread, Toast Points, Poultry, Pork. Layer with Beef Steak tomatoes, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, top with chopped fresh basil for a Caprese Salad.
Parmigiano Reggiano
has a rich, complex flavor, pair with Chianti, Chardonnay, Merlot. Crackers, Vegetables, Pears, Grapes, Dried Fruits, Honey, Nuts, and Olives
Barrel Aged Feta
pair with Pinot Noir, Riesling,Sauvignon Blanc, Beaujolais, Pinot Gris. Include in salads, serve with Vegetables and Olives
Gorgonzola
Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Red Zinfandel, Riesling. Plain Crackers, Meats, Poultry, Fruits, Vegetables, Figs, Nuts. Drizzle with honey and serve with Figs.
Tipperary Extra Sharp Cheddar
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Red Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Syrah/Shiraz Whole Grain or Water Crackers Pita Bread or Tortilla Chips, Meat, salami’s, Vegetables, Apples, Pears, Dried Fruits, Nuts
Brie
set out for 25 minutes before serving. Pair with Chardonnay or Pinot Noir. Goes well with most crackers, fruits like pears, apricots, grapes figs and vegetables. Drizzle with warm apricot jam for a little something extra.

tangy flavor go well with sweet accompaniments. Sangria, Margarita’s, Syrah, hearty beers, torilla chips, salsa’s, toasted almonds, clementines, and olives

goes great with just about any wine. Serve with plain crackers, olives, nuts and meats.

smooth, a bit of a smoky flavor. Pair with Chianti, Cabernet Sauvignon, grilled chicken, pizza.

Roquefort
Pair with sweet dessert wines like Port or Sherry, spectacular in sauces, and crumbled in salads or pasta’s
Mizithra
Chianti, Cabernet, Port. It is used in a variety of sweet and savory dishes; add to spaghetti. Works well with tomatoes and olives. Serve for dessert with honey and fruit
Fontina
Serve with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Beaujolais, Wheat crackers or  Water Crackers. Poultry, Meats, Vegetables. Fresh and dried Fruit, and Nuts
Vermont Cultured Butter
Once you have tasted this on toast or pancakes you will never want anything else!
Double Gloucester
Pair with Cabernet Sauvignon. Whole grain, butter, or water crackers. Vegetables, apples, pears, and nuts.
Chevre
clean and tangy flavor pair with Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio. Serve on savory or plain crackers, crumbled into salads, great with pork chops.
